Aussie Animal Rescue

In this project, I assumed the role of Producer, overseeing the development and execution of our game. As the Producer, I effectively managed the team, ensuring that everyone was aligned with the project’s goals and deadlines. I facilitated communication between team members, coordinated meetings, and provided guidance to ensure the successful completion of the project.

One of the highlights of the project was my contribution to the physical layout of the rescue center. I played an integral role in building the Reception Area, Treatment Area, and the Care Room. Through careful planning and collaboration with the team, we created a functional and welcoming space that catered to the specific needs of the rescued animals.

I took charge of creating Milestone Documents to track our progress and keep the project on schedule. These documents served as a roadmap, outlining key deliverables, milestones, and associated deadlines. By meticulously monitoring our progress against these milestones, I was able to proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks, ensuring the project stayed on track.

Role

My Role for this project was Producer, and here are my responsibilities:

  • creating a development plan for the game including timeline and resources.
  • Coordinate with the team to be sure all aspects of the game is moving forward.
  • Oversee the development team and made sure that everyone is working together efficiently.
  • Made sure that the game meet the required quality standards and made sure all bugs were fixed.
  • created documents to help guide the team on Milestone Deliverables.

Goal

The goal of the project is to give the player a great experience by them treating the injured animal, caring for them by giving them their needs and by interacting with the animal by showing some affection. The player then releases the animal.
